The Taliban’s top political official returned to Afghanistan earlier Tuesday.

What We Don’t Knowin Kabul on Tuesday, spokesperson Zabihullah Mujahid deflected some legal questions and claimed the group is still setting up a formal government.

The Taliban took control of Kabul on Sunday, after rapidly sweeping through the country as Afghan security forces capitulated, following the United States’ decision to withdraw all military personnel from Afghanistan this year.
