4th Amendment reads clear to me

Jail, now.

Good!

Congress has no need and no right to get information from the former White House Council. They have two years of information on the subject and all they want is now information to harass the POTUS.

If he is now a private citizen, and still in possesion of the documents, then he is either breaking the law or they do not belong to the WH. Can't be in possesion of WH material as a private citizen. They are either his records, or the WH. Can't legally be both.

Hopefully Don will break with coterie of sycophants and be a man of courage and integrity.

How can this not be obstruction of justice in plain sight?

Aren’t those documents part of the Executive Branch and fall under Executive Privilege?

OBSTRUCTION!

And editorial board is completely fine with this

There is a reason why Trial Lawyers support Democrats- follow the money

Hold him in contempt and throw him in jail!!

so wheres u report on the obama syping gangsters ?

Not Only this is yet another example of Obstruction of justice by potus and WhiteHouse to tell a now private citizen not to comply with a government congressional subpoenas. It won’t stand as he is required to handover documents. This will be a fight

RepJerryNadler SpeakerPelosi Subpoena = under penalty Deliver the penalty now to these criminals. Uphold the Constitution - somebody has to. TrumpMob TrumpCrimeFamily

There's always an realDonaldTrump tweet for everything.......... DemocracyDiesInHypocrisy

Another dummy.

So Mueller outlined 8 to 12 cases of Obstruction of Justice. Now we are going on 3 cases of Obstruction of Congress. I am just wondering how many Obstructions one Administration can commit. But tRump is innocent Maybe in Putin & Kim's world.

—— This administration need to go. —-

So afraid of the truth!

Awesome. Tick Tock!!

Just because Trump doesn’t want Mchan’s previously approved testimony publicized doesn’t mean he can reassert executive privilege. He already waived it.

Desparate. Very desperate.

WH not acting like they are co-equal branches of government. Executive privilege has been waived. Hold him in contempt

If he doesn't testify - he's breaking the law. If he does, he's not breaking any law. Tough choice.

The agreement w/ Mueller was clear. Executive Privilege is not waived with allowing interviews w/ Mueller.

Good to see the WH fighting back. The investigation is over. Time to move on.

And people think this is the actions of an innocent (or 'fully exonerated') man.... fools they (Trump supporters) are. We know why he loves the poorly educated. But most con artist do.

Quit wasting money on this fake witch hunt. It's over, get over it. Move on.

LOL...more fake story lines that go nowhere.

Isn’t this obstruction of justice?

Yawn

Most transparent president ever.

BECAUSE HE IS A

Private citizen. Not Trump's call.

why not throw some more obstruction on the pile

All this effort to conceal the truth.
