Warm and rainy week on the agenda for Houston

Houstionians should be taking out their umbrellas and plan to keep them out all week as the days ahead bring cloudy skies and rainy days. After a wet Sunday morning with thunderstorms, Monday brings a 40 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms in the afternoon and a high temperature of 86, according to the

. Going into the evening, the sky is expected to clear up and nighttime temperatures will be in the low 70s. There will be a break in the clouds, giving way to sunny skies.Tuesday is expected to be another wet day with a 60 percent chance of rain and a high of 84. The chance of rain is expected to drop to 40 percent at night, the weather service forecast.

."While there is a daily chance for downpours, the highest rain chances, for now, are centered around Tuesday and Wednesday."The chance for showers and thunderstorms will continue into Thursday and through the weekend.
