BEREA , Ohio – A wanted Berea man, 30, was arrested at about 4 a.m. May 6 after he called 911 about an allergic reaction he was experiencing on Geiger Street.
The man called 911 again and said a female was “bleeding out” where he was. He also mentioned something about a child. Eventually, police and paramedics found the man outside an office building on Geiger. The man told police he made up the story about the injured woman so that paramedics would arrive faster to treat him. He said he wanted to gather belongings inside the office building before paramedics drove him to a hospital.
