Kobe's widow filed a declaration in her ongoing lawsuit with L.A. County. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, she explains she actually asked Sheriffspecifically on Jan. 26, the day of the crash, to secure the crash site and not allow anyone to take photographs of what was left behind ... this upon learning there were no survivors. In her docs, she says she told the Sheriff,"If you can't bring my husband and baby back, please make sure no one takes photographs of them.
Vanessa says she has reason to believe at least 20 different people obtained copies of the photos ... and despite the County's assurance that they'd all been secured/scrubbed ... she says she has strong doubts. She adds,"It infuriates me that the people I trusted to protect the dignity of my husband and daughter abused their positions to obtain souvenirs of their deaths, as though possessing pictures of their remains somehow makes them special. I imagine Kobe watching over what occurred at that crash scene, and I am overcome by anger and emotion."

I still can’t believe those photos were released but I can. Some fool wanted to be the first to get the “likes” on FB clearly. At no point did they think about the impact that could have on her, just the check they’d get for the pictures. I hate it here. 😩

Poor ppl don’t have the right to secure the deadly crash sites of their family members so why should the wealthy be allowed to do it? She doesn’t want ppl making money off of the crash site pics and yet she has used Kobe’s death to cash in on every single thing imaginable
If they allow her to win this lawsuit against the county for taking pics of Kobe’s remains then it will open up every single media outlet in the country to face lawsuits for posting pics of peoples remains and causing their family members to be tormented.
Gosh 😪💔 NO ONE should have to face those fears, no one.
