I don't use it. I think that and anti bacterial soap are just a bit much. Just keeping your hands washed, with soap or wipes should help.

People who sneeze in their hands and then just use hand sanitizer are not suddenly going to wash their hands because of this study. They're going to do NOTHING. Picking the worst case scenario and then saying 'oh well, it just doesn't work' is just lazy, sloppy science.
So basically those hand sanitizer are gimmicks. Money maker. Best advice, just wash your hands folks.
