These are furloughed workers going back to jobs that were already there. These are not NET NEW JOBS. THERE IS A BIG DIFFERENCE. The unemployment system failed to capture these categories correctly. This data doesn't tell an accurate story. What else is new.

I have been out of work since beg8nning of May and still no job. More importantly still no unemployment. We are hanging on by our fingernails right now. I've tried for weeks to get through to the employment office and 99 times out of 100 I'm met with busy signals :-(

These aren’t gains. Most were temporary layoffs. Also these numbers were taken the second week of June before surges of virus and closures in the south. I’m back to work but not getting full hours so barely scraping by. Things are shitty for regular people right now.

The jobs numbers are not reflective of 'new' jobs, but of people being recalled. And also do not reflect all the people re-furloughed in the past week, and coming weeks, as states start shutting things down again. So the jobs numbers are a moot point.
And this will be adjusted during the vacation weekend to reflect the true number will be higher. After, of course, a quick market rally. Jobless Rates are meaningless during an out of control pandemic.

Folks fake numbers being manipulated by Trump administration. People who are furloughed & are collecting unemployment from the state & federal gov. are counted as employed. They’re not working, they are collecting state & federal unemployment but are considered employed.
