Dictator Don has had an unprecedented 40-50 decisions against his Admin in 2 years, from judges appointed by Rep and Dem....on Muslim ban, DACA, child separation, etc - plus numerous ones against EPA...they are not biased - you are a tin pot tyrant...

As usual, Trump is correct. The 9th circuit is a mess of activist judges who rule based on partisan bias and and intent, not the laws as written, and there are more like them all over the country.

So news outlets who agree with Robert's will stop calling out judges by who appointed them

Obviously they are partisan otherwise you wouldn't have these battles in the Senate when confirmations are required.
