The bill would make it more difficult for lawmakers to raise objections to electors from each state, by requiring at least one-third of the members from each chamber to support an objection, rather than one House member and a single senator.It would also clarify ambiguities in the Electoral College process by requiring governors to transmit state results to Congress and prohibit election officials from refusing to certify their state's election results.
The proposal would also prevent state legislators from undoing the election results in their states - and require that elections are carried out under the state rules on the books on Election Day.

This bill should be looked at along with the Senate bill that was introduced a few months ago & we need to get this legislation passed. If not before November, certainly after the election.

The constitution is very plain regarding the counting of electoral votes. There is no need to change that.

This Committee has ZERO rights to change anything about our Electoral Votes! They were wrong & Everyone who did not allow the irregularities to go back to the States in 2020 esp 6 states that STOPPED counting & then added ballots that were NEVER audited. They only recounted!
