No child should know this. No parent should be scared out of their minds after reading this from their child. As a parent, what are you supposed to do after this? Wait outside the school hoping it wasn’t your kid? That it might be someone else’s instead?

How about the texts that said 'Mom. gunshots in the classroom next to ours. So wish our teacher was allowed to be trained in the use of a gun to protect us when they walk in here.'

And Trump just spoke at an NRA convention a few days ago. They make people think common sense gun legislation will lead to no guns for anyone. Something needs to change.

If people didn’t have easy access to guns, such incidents couldn’t happen.

Still they refuse to arm the teachers and protect the students and yet they complain that this still happens if there were armed officials on the campus the shooters would probably think twice or not try at all.
