Once headquarters for the New York Life Insurance Company, the lavishly embellished 16-story landmarked building at 108 Leonard Street is one of the Big Apple’s great architectural attractions. It was converted to condos in 2018 and went on to welcome music industry titan Clive Davis into its fold of 19th-century elegance.
