Not so sure myself about quitting coffee. Mugicha tea is very popular in Japan especially during summer as it works on cooling down our body. They say it contains more minerals as nutrition than other teas and helps preventing from heatstroke more effectively than water.
But I love coffee. 2 cups a day.
