T.I. Sparks New York Lawmaker to Introduce 'Virginity Check' Bill

In parts of Swaziland in South Africa, It is acceptable for any one to just out of the blue, demand a virginity check on a young girl. Any older woman can perform it. Scary that the only difference is that it is a doctor rather than any old woman but the effect is still the same!
