MTA, law enforcement announce crackdown on obstructed license plates, toll evasion“With turnstile jumpers being tackled and handcuffed by the NYPD over $2.75, drivers committing fraud should get more than just a slap on the wrist,” says Danny Pearlstein of Riders Alliance. “Fraudsters behind the wheel should lose their license.” MTA & law enforcement are the worst offenders 😂 How about they lower the tolls I mean almost $25 for the Verrazzano-Narrows Bridge and your still in bumper to bumper most days is enough for people to skip the toll since I'm seeing no value for my money If they actually want this to work, they need to start seizing cars, and refuse to release them until the cars are properly registered. This should also go for cars that they find parked on the street. If you can’t tell already, I basically assume nothing will change.
