SPARK on the Circle returning to downtown Indianapolis in June

The temporary greenspace will be relocated to the northwest quadrant of Monument Circle this year, and feature"contemporary seating, synthetic turf, and vending services as well as free weekly programming including live music, arts and culture opportunities, and games," Downtown Indy, Inc. said in a statement.

In its second year, SPARK will open one month earlier than 2023, running from June 1 through Nov. 3. The space will offer"expanded programming and hours," including evening activities, and operate in tandem with the Original Farmers' Market on the southwest quadrant of Monument Circle. Downtown Indy, Inc. also announced that a modified version of SPARK will remain open past Nov. 3"to complement the holiday season and the Downtown Indy, Inc. Circle of Lights presented by IBEW Local 481.

The space will host festive programming,"allowing vehicular traffic to access the roundabout and take in the holiday spectacle" every Saturday and Sunday after the Circle of Lights opening ceremony.Before You Leave, Check This Out
