Southwest Airlines will leave four airports beginning Aug. 4.

On Thursday, the Dallas-based airline reported it would end service at Houston’s George Bush Intercontinental Airport.On Thursday, during the Dallas-based company’s first-quarter earnings call, CEO Bob Jordan said Bush Intercontinental, Bellingham International Airport, Cozumel International Airport in Mexico and Syracuse Hancock International Airport weren’t “performing,” which ultimately was the deciding factor to end service on Aug. 4.
