Brace yourself before then though for the full effect of the Jan rate increase. February bill will be double January for same usage since most bills mid-Jan were partial Dec rates. Gas rate per therm is 500% higher than a year ago and only in CA thanks to CA govt policies.

Utilities don’t make money off of the sale of natural gas. It’s a direct pas through to customer. It’s a west coast issue, not a SoCal issue. You wanna blame someone, blame the current administration for their policies that are directly impacting customers.
