Senate Republicans unveil $1 trillion economic stimulus package to address coronavirus fallout

It's a move that sets the stage for negotiations to begin in earnest between Republicans and Democrats in an effort to reach a bipartisan deal to help an economy hit hard by the rapid spread of coronavirus.Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell called the plan"a bold legislative proposal," in remarks on the Senate floor, saying that he was"officially introducing the Coronavirus Aid, Relief and Economic Security Act.

People say that people on disability or SSI shouldn't get anything. We live on a set income each month and usually buy the cheapest groceries and other products we need to get through till next month. When those items are hoarded,we get whatever is left at a lot higher costs

This would probably be pointless. At this point; the only certain thing that would save America would be an all out coup d'état.

We also need to halt negative credit reporting during these difficult times or people will never be able to recover from the economic hit.

This approach will not keep businesses in tact and unemployment will sore. The approach many European countries are taking makes much more sense. They are reimbursing up to 80% of the wages to employees in return for not laying everyone off and attempting to stay in business.
