It is long overdue. We are complicit in the humanitarian crisis that this MBS action, openly supported by the United States, has caused. Now we need to provide Yemen a good aid package and stop the sale of weapons to MBS.

Obama’s favorite drone strike target.

Uhhhhuuu! Yeah, and paid for the concecuens too! Help the children in Yemen!

Why have you put up a pic of a Russian puppet for your coverage?

Find your courage, ladies and gentlemen. Do what is morally and ethically right. Don't blindly follow this regime. It puts blood on our hands. Halt munitions/parts /arms sales to Saudis. WE have the ability to save a nation of dying children with this vote. Please act now

Good! But it needs to be stronger. No support for the KSA until MBS accepts personal legal responsibility for the brutal torture and killing of Jamal Khasoggi! No autocrat is above the law!

Why didn’t Obama do anything.?Oh right I guess we would have to pass the bill to see what’s in it first. What a waste of 8 years!!

About fucking time.

Why was this not done when B.O. was selling all sorts of arms to the Saudi's. They were killing peeps all over the place.🇺🇸🌈🌹

we should just stop supporting wars...that would save us a ton

I hope that passes.

Senate to Vote on Withdrawing U.S. Support to Saudis in Yemen WarA resolution set for a Senate vote this week would end U.S. military backing to the Saudi coalition in the Yemen war in an effort to punish Riyadh for the Khashoggi killing. Imagine if all countries withdrew their support of the US after what they did in Vietnam or Iraq? Americans should stop thinking that they are the forces of morality in this world and realize they have made their share in human rights violations. That is not enough. Saudi Arabia must face hash sanctions And they better pass that bill!

Senate votes to stop US support for Yemen war, as GOP senators rebuke Trump over KhashoggiEarlier Thursday, Senate Foreign Relations Committee chair Bob Corker, R-Tenn., introduced a resolution saying Saudi Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman 'is responsible for the murder' of Khashoggi. Well at least there is some semblance of humanity left in politics. The US, with its secular constitution, should not be endorsing ANY government that does not allow its citizens full freedom of (or from) religion. This includes the UK, or its artificial creations Israel & Saudi Arabia-both impose official state religion And you’re showing a photo of Bernie? Why?
