Annual Ice Fest on display at North Coast Harbor in Cleveland, January 20, 2022CLEVELAND, Ohio -- Half of the sculptures featured “Harry Potter” characters and were a big hit with visitors of all ages despite frigid temperatures in the upper teens.
The one-day event was originally scheduled for Monday but was postponed until Thursday afternoon due to winter storm Izzy. Typically, Ice Fest is a highlight of Cleveland’s Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday events. The free fest featured live ice carving demonstrations and live music and ended with the lighting of the Fire and Ice Tower next to Nuevo Modern Mexican & Tequila Bar.
