Police have made a second arrest in a disturbing case involving human body parts that were found in a refrigerator earlier this year. The 45-year-old suspect is charged with murder, robbery, tampering with physical evidence, and concealment of a human corpse.

Body parts belonging to 40-year-old Kawsheen Gelzer were discovered during a wellness check at a Brooklyn home on January 22, according to New York City police. McGee and Gelzer were reportedly roommates. The murder allegedly happened over a dispute about unpaid rent in 2022. According to police, McGee cut up Gelzer and stuffed his decapitated head and body parts in a freezer in his apartment at 2069 Nostrand Avenue.

Heather Stines was arrested two days after the grisly discovery. The 45-year-old was charged with concealment of a human corpse. Stines was reportedly living in the apartment when police found Gelzer's body.He was seen being escorted in handcuffs out of the 67th Precinct on Friday.
