Bexar County Sheriff's OfficeSAN ANTONIO — A San Antonio man arrested in July in connection with a fatal shooting in June has been indicted on a murder charge.
An affidavit supporting the arrest of Paul Terriquez Jr., 21, stated that he was detained four days later, when a San Antonio police officer on patrol in the 1300 block of Rigsby Avenue heard gunfire and charged him with disorderly conduct and unlawful possession of a firearm.Police later determined that Terriquez’s handgun matched the caliber of the weapon they believe was used in Rios’ shooting, as well as the shell casings found at the scene, the affidavit stated.
