Small businesses in eight city construction project areas could receive up to $35,000 each from the city.

San Antonio business owners impacted by ongoing city construction could get a financial lifeline from the city — grants of up to $35,000. To qualify for the city’s Small Business Construction Support grant program, businesses must be able to show that they lost revenue in 2023 compared to 2022. Only businesses located in eight construction zones in which construction started between June 2020 and February 2023 can apply.
