“I don’t want to put words in his mouth, but it’s probably not been the start that he’s wanted,” Rangers pitcher Andrew Heaney said. “But there’s not a single person that doubts his ability, obviously, in this clubhouse.”He nearly won the AL batting title. The left-hander pitched six innings, allowed two runs and kept the Rangers within striking distance.“They’ve done a hell of a job for us,” Seager said. “ not been the most productive so far this year, so they’ve kept us in a lot of games and won us a lot of games because of it.
