I believe it should be no less than a two year prison term.

“Much easier to print ballots with same names on them every year” This. Brand recognition is the American way.

We could eliminate the need for term limits if we would only use dueling as the preferred election process.

The senators that haven't stayed past their limit are the pros. The senators that stay after their limits expire are the cons.

The only con is the idea you’re going to get a bunch of people that have been sitting on Congress for 10+ years to pass a law that says they cant keep sitting there
