MOUNTAIN VIEW – A Caltrain hit a person Monday night in Mountain View, officials said.
The collision, which involved train no. 132, was reported at 8:55 p.m. between the San Antonio Caltrain station and Rengstorff Avenue, said Caltrain spokesman Dan Lieberman. Lieberman said emergency personnel are at the scene and the northbound track has been reopened at reduced speed through the area.
