Washington Acting Secretary of Defense Christopher Miller said Monday that there is"no intelligence indicating an insider threat" to President-elect Joe Biden's inauguration, though National Guard members arriving in Washington are being vetted by law enforcement.
Miller's statement comes hours after the head of the DC National Guard said that the FBI is vetting troops involved in securing the US Capitol to prevent any insider threats."As is normal for military support to large security events, the Department will vet National Guardsmen who are in Washington, D.C. While we have no intelligence indicating an insider threat, we are leaving no stone unturned in securing the capital," Miller wrote.
Kim Jong-un, N. Korean leader, also frequently vetts his security, usually by violent means. In Biden’s America, he’s surrounding the capital with a 10 ft fence and vetting/cleansing all security/govt workers. Add in Biden’s paranoia and this may be he start of a similar pattern
