SELINSGROVE – Lane restrictions will be in effect this week on a section of Route 11/15 in the Selinsgrove area.
The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation says a maintenance crew will be doing patching work in both directions between approximately the Route 35 intersection and the north end of the Selinsgrove bypass. The northbound driving lane will be closed Monday, the northbound passing lane Tuesday, the southbound driving lane Wednesday and the southbound passing lane on Thursday.
Lane restrictions also will occur for the foreseeable future at night farther north on Route 11 between the spilt with Route 15 in Shamokin Dam and the Barry King Memorial Bridge in Northumberland. Traffic in both directions will be affected by a contractor milling and paving that area between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. PennDOT says. Completion of that project is scheduled for July.
You could just oil and chip it the same way you did route 204. This way the state can waste more taxpayer dollars.
