One person died of a self-inflicted gunshot wound, and another person was injured, during an incident in Spring Garden Township Saturday evening, according to York County authorities.
Officers were called to the 400 block of Hill Street around 6:15 p.m. on May 21, according to police, for a report of a woman laying on the ground beside her truck. Police reported finding two individuals with gunshot wounds, one of whom was deceased, with the other being transported to a hospital. The York County Coroner’s office reported that a deputy coroner arrived at the scene shortly thereafter, where “it was determined that there was a domestic dispute with a neighbor and a 59-year-old male was found with a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.”Note to readers: if you purchase something through one of our affiliate links we may earn a commission.
