Children should also practice the ‘buddy system’ and always walk with a friend. Please remind your children to never approach strangers.”
The Rochester Borough Police Department is reportedly investigating the incident, and the report said that police will continue to patrol the neighborhoods around the school and security would patrol the school’s campus.
