Pa. man accused of making threats with intent to terrorize

In one of them he is accused of threatening to blow up his ex-wife’s home on Nov. 16, threatening his sister and making comments about being the next Brian Taylor. A vehicle registered to Minier matching the description of that provided by the Homebase Lane resident was stopped Nov. 19 on Route 118, they said.

Records show he has two active protection-from-abuse orders against him and he had been ordered to relinquish his firearms, police said.
