I like to print recipes. Your recipes frequently require more than a two-sided print. Is it possible to abbreviate your title page?I followed the recipe exactly, but clearly I did something very wrong. This was terrible. It was very dry and the ingredients didn't bind together at all; I had to add the basting liquids from the roasting pan at the last minute. The flavor of the sage was overwhelming and we couldn't taste the sausage at all. Everyone took only one bite and that was it.
The combo of the 2 breads is perfect. I had a box of cornbread mix from Trader Joe's that i made ahead and let it get stale, and i used and Sara Lee's artisan white bread . Did not change anything except that i used homemade turkey stock, but i don't even think that's necessary. Great recipe. Thanks!I made this last year and plan to do it again. Here's how I am planning my do ahead: 1. cut up and dry out the bread. Store in airtight bags 2.
