Ohio woman falsely called police on Black man using his phone, said he was carrying a gun

This type of action, calling police on a person just because they’re black, can lead to a murder by cop. It happens all too many times.

This woman should be prosecuted in some way. If he has a valid CHL this should be a non-issue. The cops could run that, determine its validity, and just walk up and ask questions. No need for hands up. This is the kind of crap causing many of these encounters.

I was watching soccer on my phone parked in front on a Hooters (which was next door to my kids gymnastics class) and they called the cops on me because they thought I was filming them. People are stupid.
