To access the free products, you first have to answer a few voluntary questions about gender, age, ethnicity, zip code, and if they have ever overdosed. All information is strictly confidential.
"I know folks get a little concerned when they have to give information. What it does, it helps us to see is this thing really being useful? Is it effective?
