It's wrong to prosecute/impeach for conspiracy before you have evidence Beyond a Reasonable Doubt (90%+ certainty). Why gift Trump a acquittal by premature prosecution when there is so much to investigate? Mueller did more damage by investigation that avoided the media circus.
