U.S. hospitals are desperate for RNs. But the nursing pipeline has slowed as college faculty retire or return to clinical work for better pay. That's forced degree programs to turn away thousands of qualified applicants.

Never give up be so determined in whatever you do! Investors all over the world are making earnings. You can cruise in a maybach too if you set your priorities right. Dm me for your binary option account management details.

The difference in pay for an RN who’s worked at the same hospital for 20+ yrs and a travel agency position in the same hospital doing the SAME job is insane! Who wouldn’t want more doing the same job?!

The market will take care of itself; right? I mean, this is capitalism. People get killed over it around the world.

Unionized on the job training!

There is no shortage of cheap labor in America. Countless Indian migrant workers with American dream are enslaved by US using H1B for a long time.

So there was a nursing shortage before a vaccine mandate, and with infinite wisdom, they decided to exasperate the problem during a pandemic 😂 the “experts” strike again!

lol Nothing is 'forcing' anyone to turn away qualified applicants, they just don't want to treat RNs like human fucking beings and it's biting them in the ass.

Eat healthier and less nurses are needed

'The mandate' - there's been nursing shortages for years. They're overworked and under paid. 'Some actually quit' - do you really want a medical worker who doesn't believe in medical care? '99.98% survival' - No, it hasn't been that since May, and that was only for people 30yrs

Guess you shouldn’t fire people for not taking vaccines they probably don’t need

So schools charge $40k/yr per student but can't afford to keep paying qualified instructors? Sure.

They should keep a good amount of staffing/help in every shift because if they don't, nurses end up exhausted & very frustrated.🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

The nursing shortage has been an issue for a while. It takes time to properly educate/train nurses & there just aren't enough slots. ABSN programs are great but often cost prohibitive, & many employers want that BSN even though an ADN or nursing diploma is more than sufficient.

Pay nurses more, and maybe some of the ones who left or retired will come back?

Yeah ok, maybe because of the mandate, 😆

Cool now do doctors (DeanBaker13 is right)

Luckily we are also firing all the unvaccinated nurses

good luck
