Actually, really bad. Regular voice, meaningless lyrics, poor arrangements, and boring singing style. Why was she there? That's the question. Latin America has hundreds of better singers.

I wonder where we would be as a country if our leaders had listened to the experts doing the research. Root cause: 70% of black children are born to a single mother. No parenting. No family values. No father figure in the house. These kids can not thrive and are doomed to repeat the process without structure and a chance to succeed. Want to make black lives better? End this cycle

NPR Cookie Consent and ChoicesIf Oregon state money is being used to pay for any part of replacing privately owned properties, there should be a requirement that they be CBS construction or the like. So very stupid. Interesting. Wonder what % of home costs is wood material versus all other material and labor. Wouldn’t this lower insurance costs, too? Would seem this is worth further consideration. Maybe tax incentives for builders holding inventory or higher priced fire resistant homes.
