North Korea Confirms Submarine-Launched Missile Test As White House Warns Against Further ‘Provocations’

On Tuesday, responding to reports of the missile launch, White House spokesperson Jen Psaki urged North Korea to refrain from further “provocation” and added that the U.S. was open to dialogue with Pyongyang over its weapons programs.by North Korea last month, Tuesday’s launch is banned under a series of resolutions passed by the United Nations Security Council .
