Nevada gambling regulators approved a new policy that more explicitly requires casinos to address discrimination in the workplace, including sexual harassment

The regulations make gambling licenses dependent in part on companies having antiharassment and antidiscrimination policies that include misconduct among

employees and harassment of workers by people outside the company, such as casino customers. The Nevada Gaming Commission passed the new rules unanimously Thursday.
