Incoming students with scholarships coming from foster homes and families with limited incomes are getting some move-in day help thanks to a small non-profit with a big heart.

- It's hard to imagine heading off to college and moving into a dorm with little more than the clothes on your back.

More than a dozen incoming students at Paul Quinn College don't have to worry about that thanks to a small non-profit with a big heart. TeeJ Mercer is overseeing dorm room makeovers for 13 lucky incoming freshmen at Paul Quinn College. For students like Taylor Dixon - her family has a limited income and her scholarship doesn't cover all the expenses that come with living on campus.

"Pulled up to her campus let her unload her stuff and then just left her, that broke my heart," Mercer said.

What’s the pay rate? Seems like a key part of the story Is ASD preempting new hire background checks? How about training? Already experience was not a significant factor for applicants. I love reliant and I think they need to pay more for training which is phenomenal and they need to get you through just a tad faster. Maybe be more versatile with online and in person training instead of the classes. I had to leave early cuz I couldn’t afford to live on training
