Michael Bloomberg is still kicking the tires on 2020. Photo: Bill Pugliano/Getty Images Michael Bloomberg’s flirtation with a 2020 presidential bid just won’t end. Last year, it was reported that the former New York City mayor was considering a run for the White House as a Democrat. Then in March of this year he put the rumors to rest, writing in a column that he would pass up the chance to take on Trump. “I believe I would defeat Donald Trump in a general election.
Biden, of course, is running for president. But after months as the clear Democratic front-runner, he’s recently seen his standing slip, with Elizabeth Warren edging past him in recent national polls. That reportedly as Bloomberg concerned, as CNBC reports:
NO THANKS
Sick ... AGAIN ... SICK
Dry people need not apply.
'Once again, Michael Bloomberg is said to be 'looking at” running for president' … this reminds me of an old Song called the 'Hokey Pokey' … 'you put your right hand in, your right hand out, right hand in & shake it all about' jaketapper brithume
run
Just do it already!
Sorry Mike, national politics are different. You only got elected because voters in NYC didn't want Sharpton's boy, Ferrer, as mayor. But, hey, if you want to waste your money, be my guest. Well, you do get in the spotlight again, which you no doubt miss.
NOOO
Noooooooooooooooooo! NYC couldn't wait for him to leave. Stopped and frisked 8 million citizens over a 5 year period, in a city of 8.5 million. Stole a third term, after residents twice voted for term limits, with a pen. His NYPD killed more innocent people than Guiliani's.
Oh stop it Mike. Nobody’s interested.
If he ran for president everyone else runing might as well quit. Bloomberg would even win with out debating or rallying period.
