It was an absolute failure for the president and his regime. They were boasting 30 million votes not long ago. They've lost half of them in 3 years and losing more each day. His 'transformation' seems to be at a premature end (hopefully)

This headline is very precise. The *voters* Overwhelmingly support the president. With turnout at 18% of those eligible, It would have been inaccurate to say that *Mexicans* overwhelmingly supported him.
