Mayor ToddGloria admits he's not doing enough to combat homelessness crisis. 'You know, this job causes you to be held accountable for everything.' He then added that other major cities have the same issue, so it's not just him.

SAN DIEGO – After The Lucky Duck Foundation’s powerful press conference calling out Mayor Gloria for being a failure, he finally responded to the group when a reporter asked him about it during his monthly press briefing.

Despite Walton’s words getting national attention, Mayor Gloria decided to ignore him and the leaders of The Lucky Duck Foundation, Drew Moser and Dan Shea. Instead, all San Diegans got was a statement in response, where Mayor Gloria called the three men who called him out “liars.”“Today’s ‘news conference’ was simply a tantrum full of self-aggrandizing hyperbole and outright lies. San Diegans are frustrated with the worsening homelessness crisis, and Mayor Gloria shares that frustration.

“Finally, Mayor Gloria is clear-eyed and has been completely honest with the public about the enormity of the challenge our city is facing. It’s unfortunate Bill Walton is quitting on San Diego, but you can be damned sure Todd Gloria never will.” But the problem outlined by Walton is exactly that, the things Gloria claims to work, aren’t actually working, and have resulted in a record high number of homeless people living on the streets in our city.

ToddGloria Gloria is also a developer puppet who is trying to turn San Diego into LA. His good buddy Catherine Blakespear is another DINO fraud. Voters need to get more involved and keep these corrupted maggots out of office

ToddGloria Got news for KUSI, the homeless problem didn’t start under Todd Gloria. Faulkner was mayor 2014-2020. And homelessness was a huge problem then. I remember but maybe KUSI only remembers problems under democrats and forgets problems. under republicans. KUSI extreme bias.

ToddGloria doesn't care about the homeless problem. This is a partisan game that BillWalton is a useful tool in.

ToddGloria This homeless fiasco is all on him. If his policies help solve it, he gets the credit. lf it worsens, he gets the blame!!! That is the cost of leadership!!!

ToddGloria And the other Mayors are Blue, you all are pendejos

ToddGloria Let’s look at facts BillWalton $229 million of new grant money brought in by Mayor to help with these problems. How much of that did Bill contribute? Which of the 20 homeless crisis charities is Bill working with? We’ll wait for your answers

ToddGloria Damn it ToddGloria -do something or resign!!!!

ToddGloria Democrats breed homelessness. Nothing new

ToddGloria Time to do something about it! Mayor or get out of the chair! Which it is too big for you

ToddGloria If you don’t pay taxes to maintain the very ground you’re occupying then you’re violating the rights of everyone else!

ToddGloria Hoovervilles of the 21st century.

ToddGloria And Bill Walton is qualified to do...what?

ToddGloria If the homeless are your biggest issue, you’re doing okay

ToddGloria Btw homelessness is a business they run just like jails, they'll take your tax money to say they're fixing the probelm but really it's a business. They rather buy a new van and drive around all day long giving out PB&Js instead of using those funds to renovate housin for the bums

ToddGloria I'm begging you to make the connection between Bill Walton's huge house, the non-working seniors with grandfathered property taxes and a million in equity protesting the building of more housing, and the increase in homelessness...

ToddGloria Failed policy - failed leadership that makes San Diego like a war zone. Go down town and explore the situation

ToddGloria You can’t rationalize your failures by pointing to other’s failures. We can’t wait until 2024 when Gloria is up for re-election. Gloria has to go now. GloriaVille

ToddGloria Sounds like Gloria and Kamala have the same speech writer!!

ToddGloria Did not see any homelessness in Coronado last weekend

ToddGloria Bill Walton is 100% correct. Mayor Gloria has no idea what he’s doing and is totally incompetent. He has never had a plan and all he does is take orders from Newsome, who has ruined all of California. Mayor Gloria has ruined SD and needs to resign forthwith.

ToddGloria Resign already Gloria is worthless

ToddGloria San Diego is now looking as bad as San Francisco and LA. 🙁😠 So sad I remember when we actually were America's Finest City. Todd has been busy with bike lanes, pride parades and destroying neighborhood zoning for developers to build stack & pack apartments.

ToddGloria No person should be allowed to set up a tent or a makeshift home on public property PERIOD! No person should be allowed to live in a vehicle on public property PERIOD! This is madness and the working people who pay taxes are not happy!

ToddGloria if one can not afford to live in San Diego for what ever reason then one has too leave if we can provide homes for some and its time to provide for all !

ToddGloria Homelessness is a national crisis and needs to be addressed on a federal level. Apparently both political parties would rather spend the money to solve it on another war. And the politically ambitious local politicians know better than ruin their chances to climb by saying so.

ToddGloria Step up Walton. Don't just complain like everyone else does

ToddGloria Hasn’t done enough ? He hasn’t done anything

ToddGloria is a failure of a news outlet.

ToddGloria Vote republican

ToddGloria If the job is too big for him, or it’s above his skill set, he should step aside. There’s no shame in admitting somethings too much for you to handle, but to continue taking money from the taxpayers while doing nothing, not only is that cringe worthy borderline criminal.

ToddGloria Todd is bad at his job. The good news is that he’s likely a short timer. On the other hand if anyone has better ideas they should run for office.

ToddGloria Gloryhole was handed the keys to 'America's Finest City' and the only thing he can say is 'at least we aren't LA.'

ToddGloria Todd - do us a favor and resign!!!

ToddGloria He’s pathetic

ToddGloria Phony.

ToddGloria One of your problems Gloria is Nathan Fletcher and his wife Gonzalez

ToddGloria Instead of the city paying thousands of dollars a month with tax payer money to house ILLEGAL ALIENS in several hotels, Gloria should send them back where they came from and move in the homeless!

ToddGloria Did you ask him if he enjoyed Amsterdam?

ToddGloria Democrat …. What did you expect?

ToddGloria OMG!! You WANTED the job, not take full responsibility. Just because other cities have this problem doesn't mean we have too! I can't believe that's his excuse for this. I'm sure he got all the participation trophies in school and never had to worry about being responsible.

ToddGloria I can’t believe y’all are hating! He’s coming towards the light, frankly I’m amazed! I’m not a dem, and I can bitch too, but he’s unlike any other politician in taking responsibility

ToddGloria Not Florida!!!!!!!!! Or Texas !!!! Red states

ToddGloria Totally deflecting. He was so close to completely owning his failure.

ToddGloria Are you guys happy with your vote !! 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

ToddGloria The DNC has no intention of addressing this on a national level which needs to be done Gloria should be calling our congressional representatives to put homelessness at the forefront He won't because he is more concerned about running for higher office and the won't cross DNC

ToddGloria MayorToddGloria new motto: 'Let's share the blame.'

ToddGloria Come on folks you got bike lanes!

ToddGloria Resign!

ToddGloria Worthless clown 🤡

ToddGloria San Diego is doomed to become San Francisco…

ToddGloria Why are you acting like you didn’t know what you were signing up for TODD? You’re the so called mayor. You’re in over your head. GET OUT!

ToddGloria He is dumping them all in one of the only affordable cities left in the County, El Cajon. Todd is going to make things much worse by raising min wage to $16.30 in Jan. Companies will immediately raise prices and fire employees, this needs to stop. Absolute madness!

ToddGloria He's too experienced. He came in with a plan and he is working it. He didn't count on being held accountable because he is on a political path to higher office with the backing of the D's.

ToddGloria sounds like this far-left, woke cuck is making excuses
