Spider-Man's cameo appearance in X-Men '97 episode 8

In an exclusive interview with Screen Rant, following the X-Men '97 season 1 finale, Marvel Studios Head of TV, Streaming, and Animation, Brad Winderbaum, was asked about the hype surrounding the return of Spider-Man: The Animated Series within the X-Men sequel.

Winderbaum was also asked if that is a plot line that they have already mapped out in case they would want to tell that story through a potential Spider-Man '98, or if that is an arc they'd work on once they get there, as he said:
