The shooting took place outside of the McDonald’s located at 8147 Katy Freeway in western Houston . Authorities say both the suspect and the victim are males but did not provide further information.A lieutenant with the Houston Police Department at the scene said the suspect was dissatisfied with his order, wanted a refund and was arguing with the staff. The victim tried to calm down the suspect, and an altercation started.
Both men ended up outside, and the victim pushed the suspect to the ground.
