Yeah, it makes you wonder if the other twin who is serving life decided to take the wrap for the crime his brother was found guilty of. I guess there was evidence to support that......but it makes you wonder.

Did he know it was his brother, and as reasonable doubt did his attorney not bring up this fact that he had a twin brother that shares his DNA. If the brother knew that is real love. For the other brother, that is low.

Sibling Rivalry be like...

I have the greatest confidence in our criminal system. One that promotes prosecution, has quotas, the best part is you have to rely on the people screwing up to fix their mistakes. Also if your innocent, you don’t get your money back for your defense. That’s a fucking crime.

OMG!! So sad!

wrongful incarceration,travesty of justice.

God give him peace.

Ahora que el gobierno inservible le arruinó la vida, que le van a decir? 'disculpe'?😡😡😡😡

Chicago man released from prison 20 years later after twin brother confesses to murderKevin Dugar, 44, was released from the Cook County jail on Tuesday night 'and breathed his first breaths as a free man in almost 20 years,' his lawyer, Ronald Safer, said. That man should be paid enough money by the state so that he never has to work again - as with all the wrongly convicted. Should make for an awkward Christmas. This brings the term evil twin to a whole new level.
