Montgomery police have arrested a man after a shooting Sunday morning left one person dead and three others injured.

Police say the shooting happened at about 6:10AM in the 3500 block of McGehee Road. This is near the old Montgomery Mall. Investigators say they found 34-year-old Marcus Henderson of Montgomery dead of a gunshot wound. They say another man and two women were also hurt by gunfire and were taken to hospitals for treatment. Their injuries are not believed to be life-threatening.

Police have charged 29-year-old Robkywel Prevo of Montgomery with capital murder. He is being held in the Montgomery County Detention Facility under no bond.
