The living area in the Montgomery model townhouse at Eisenhower Pointe in Alexandria, Va. In the West End neighborhood of Alexandria, Va., there is a rising condominium and townhouse development designed to reflect the beauty and charm of the city’s Old Town district, with its waterfront, art galleries and small museums.
Eisenhower Pointe has rooftop terraces, energy-efficient features and easy access to public transportation and other amenities. Two condos are move-in ready, and townhouses and condos are selling now for move-in dates starting in October. The second level has two adjacent bedrooms, a laundry room and a full bathroom. The third level, described in Tri Pointe literature as “surely all about you,” has a primary bedroom suite with a walk-in closet, an en suite bathroom and access to the 11-by-12-foot roof terrace.
The other condo floor plan, the Armistead, has 2,327 square feet. Priced from $739,900, the Armistead has three or four bedrooms and three or four bathrooms, including a powder room. In addition to a two-car garage, the lower level of this floor plan has a rec room with adjoining storage space and a foyer. This space can also accommodate a fourth bedroom and full bath, according to the floor plans.
The Clermont, the smaller townhouse, with 1,917 square feet and priced from $759,900, comes with three bedrooms and three or four bathrooms, including a powder room. Unlike the Montgomery, the two-car garage is tandem-style rather than side-by-side and does not adjoin a rec room space. Other levels offer similar living and storage spaces, but on a narrower footprint than the Montgomery’s.
