I totally agree with this. I live in Seattle and even though our cases aren't on the rise as high as Cali right now, I plan on keeping my kid home for online school and re-evaluate in January. I am not willing to leave it up to our schools to to keep my child safe from COVID.
Sadly the new USCIS rule for International students is really insane. They were left in the dark. The new memo needs a complete revisit. International students invested billions of dollars via fee and various ways. Hope things change soon.
