The cinematographer from"Rust" was killed and director injured during the incident, authorities said Thursday.Cinematographer Halyna Hutchins died Thursday night after an apparent accident involving actor Alec Baldwin and a prop gun while on set for the film, “Rust.”
Hutchins was transported via helicopter to the University of New Mexico Hospital, where she later succumbed to her injuries, authorities said. "There are no words to convey my shock and sadness regarding the tragic accident that took the life of Halyna Hutchins, a wife, mother and deeply admired colleague of ours,"
